Many thanks to SailCork for the invite to their annual dinner which too place last night in RCYC.

It was a night in which students that took part in courses run by SailCork over the winter months got together and received the recognition for all their hard work.

It was fantastic to see young and old getting recognition for their efforts.

Speakers for the night included the new Admiral of RCYC John Roche, Cork Pilot Anthony Mulcahy, who gave an interesting insight into working for SailCork and Mr Michael McCarthy, Port of Cork who showed the audience how our modern harbour will look in five years time. Altogether a brilliant nights entertainment.

Compliments must go out to the Staff of RCYC with the level of service and quality of food second to none.

SailCork has been training people for the water for over 40yrs and run classes in just about any topic that is water related. If you think you need training or your certification needs updating then get onto their website or give Jo or Shirley a call. The training is on our doorstep and their classroom is our harbour.
