Wicklow Sailing Club and the Royal Irish Yacht Club have joined forces for the 2014 Round Ireland Yacht Race. The agreement between the WSC and the Dun Laoghaire based club means that larger yachts will be facilitated in Dun Laoghaire where the Royal Irish will be the Dublin base for the event. Larger yachts will have their safety inspection completed in Dun Laoghaire.

The race starts at 14:00 on Saturday 28th June 2014 in Wicklow.
