17 May Cove Sailors compete in 2011 Laser SB3 World Championships

Cove SC would like to wish best of luck to club members Kieran Dorgan (Sibelius) and Jason Losty (Milvus Milvus) who are both competing in the Laser SB3 World Championships at Royal Torbay Yacht Club (RTYC) this week.

Taking part in the 2011 Championship are 103 entries from 14 nations. The schedule is demanding with the entry split in to 2 fleets competing in 2 days of qualifying races, before being divided into Gold and Silver Fleets for the final 3 days of racing.
