Cove SC burgeeNotice is hereby given that in accordance with the Memorandum of Association of Cove Sailing Club an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Members will be held on Thursday 11th September 2014 . The meeting will take place in the Commodore Hotel, Cobh at 20:00 hrs.

The business of this EGM will be to consider and if thought fit, approve the special resolution as advised to members by email.

Please note:

All Ordinary, Family, and Honorary Members of Cove Sailing Club will receive copies of this notice in full by email. If you have not received a copy, please contact Cove Sailing Club (info@covesailingclub.ie).

We would encourage all members to attend and participate in the proceedings.

VOTING IS RESTRICTED TO FULLY PAID UP MEMBERS FOR THE 2014 SEASON

For the purposes of this meeting subs for 2014 must have been paid before close of business on Friday 5th September 2014.
