26 Apr Update – Volvo Cork Week 2014

Volvo Cork Week 2014 runs from 5th to 11th July.

This year there are some significant changes to the racing formats while retaining much of the intensity of previous Cork Weeks. Specifically, racing will now be concentrated over the period from Tuesday July 8th to Friday July 11th, with Monday July 7th being reserved as a practice day.

There are two-handed and coastal categories, with special emphasis on White Sail classes, whilst at the same time placing strong emphasis on the popular two races per day windward/leeward format which has proven so successful in previous events. Entry fees have been reduced with savings of up to 70% in some cases.
